Gonerby Hill Foot BTL deal of the week - (tenants must like trains though!)
Three bed semi just come on the market yesterday with Newton Fallowells at £109,950. Ok, it looks like it backs onto the train line, but you get nobody looking into your garden except an HST 125 flying by at 100mph.
